Returning AllProDeal.com orders

Products from AllPro Deal are designed with the highest quality in mind, and we feel the same way about customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise in its original, unopened packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. Merchandise found to be defective or incomplete may also be returned within 5 days of receipt of product. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

Please include your original packing slip if available, along with a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Make sure you include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.
